A girl (13) was approached by a guy impersonating a police officer, accused of shoplifting, taken to a secluded spot and raped at the Fox Valley Mall in Appleton. This is beyond horrifying and every time I see stories like this it makes me want to reach out to as many as I can and say, ‘I can help!’ A father suggested that his daughter get some training before traveling abroad this summer and it is a great idea.
